This tumblr welcomes trans masculine selfies, whether you identify as male or non-binary. We prioritize POC, indigenous, disabled, fat, femme, and other guys who don't fit a white, skinny, able-bodied stereotype. This site does not welcome truscum. Check out the About link for more info!

About us!

We love trans guys’ selfies!  This tumblr welcomes trans selfies, whether you identify as male or non-binary.  It doesn’t matter how you look, how you dress, whether you’re on hormones or not, or what body parts you have.  If you identify as trans masculine (all the time or some of the time), the intention is to make this tumblr for you.  Please know that we prioritize POC, indigenous, disabled, fat, femme, and other guys who don’t fit a white, skinny, able-bodied stereotype.  I’m not saying white guys aren’t allowed to submit, just please consider whether this blog is a good fit for you.  This blog does not welcome truscum.

Submit your selfies at this link (or a link to a post you’d like to have reblogged). Please read the submission guidelines! Submissions that don’t follow guidelines are deleted and the submitter is not contacted.

You can also visit @nbselfielove or non-binary seflies.

I’m only one enby, and I am very fallible.  So please let me know if/when I fuck up.  If I use language that makes people uncomfortable, I’m happy to discuss it, and change where I should.

Asks are open, including anonymous asks.  I will ignore truscum, transphobic, and other bigoted asks. Please be aware that I don’t check tumblr daily, so I may take time to reply to messages.

Ok y’all, I need you to drop links for free binder services. It’s November which means that parents won’t think it’s odd for their children to request that they not inspect packages. They’ll simply assume it’s a present for whatever holiday they observe. So please do your part by dropping links in the reblogs and trying to get this seen by those who need it

edit: k, so I mean this in nicest way possible. Liking isn’t going to help anyone. This isn’t just for me, other people need these links. If you if you can’t/don’t have the energy to find and post links to ACTIVE donations. Please at least reblog so someone who follows you can. Please and thank you <3

edit 2: ok @the-maddened-hatter made a master list of what’s been added so far

Master list part 2! : I will be editing and adding to this version where possible.

PLEASE REBLOG

Link to part 1 for the first set of resource links, instructions on how to activate incognito mode on various devices and how to wash a binder <3

  • FTM Essentials runs a free binder program for people 24 and under, but only ship out in January, April, July and October.
  • TRANSactionfree is a newer, small program that sends out free binders (and possibly other gender-affirming products) upon request.
  • Flamingo Market’s Binders OUT program based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and offers free binders. They prioritize local requests, but it appears that they ship across Canada, to the USA, and possibly internationally.

European Binders

From all the feedback recently I’m attempting to compile different online stores to purchase binders from in Europe. Many of these shops offer items for transfemme shoppers and various other gender affirming items, but not all. I will re-blog with relevant info as I find it.

For the majority of the shops listed, I personally do not know the quality or history. Explore and shop at your own discretion.

there’s a Czech transdude in one of my servers who was like going through the complex process of trying to get binders from the UK and it’s like my dude. that’s gonna cost a fuck ton cuz of brexit shipping and so i told him about an online shop in amsterdam. in the process of getting that info one of the irl trans guys i know is like “i have two old binders from that shop, why don’t we just mail it to him?”

so i’m mailing him two free binders (it’ll be super cheap to send within’ the eu) and in exchange i’m getting his grandma’s secret recipe for Žemlovka

this is the pinnacle. community is actually about secret grandma recipes and sharing used gender affirming clothing

If you’re in the EU, don’t order binders from the UK. I’m begging you to save yourself from the cost. Check out this shop instead:

https://www.trans-missie.com/en/er-he-they/binders/

They’re comfy, durable, discounted and full price options, swimming tops, mid length and long binders, sizing up to XXXL, and have other transgender items! Not just binders!

The open call will close on November 9 at 11:59 PM EST. The selected artists will be commissioned for a stipend of $300 each.

3-5 artists will be selected based on an in-house voting system. Artists will be notified of selection by November 10 by 6 PM EST.

Hello Community,

I have been working on my dissertation research study, titled, “At the End of the World: Plantation Power, Resistance, & the Experience of Black Transgender Students in Higher Education” and I need your support.

My goal for the study is to interview about 20 Black Transgender (18+) college students currently enrolled in a 4-year higher education institution in the United States to explore the ways that antiBlack racism, gender oppression, and white supremacy impact their academic and social experiences in college.

I want to be able to share the stories of Black transgender students in higher education to highlight what survives within our communities despite institutionalized exclusion.

Would you like to help? To see if you or anyone you know are eligible, please read the requirements below.

• Must identify as Black, African American, or from the African Diaspora

• Must identify on the transgender spectrum (genderqueer, nonbinary, FTM, MTF, etc.)

• Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student in a higher education institution in the United States

• Must be 18+

If this is you and you are interested in participating, please fill out this form https://forms.gle/Tu8KLXfGfdhKzoSq5
